The best shop in Manhattan, the guys were very helpful and polite. Kmani & Andy were very nice and we got sorted before heading back to the UK. Would defo recommend !

I went into Laced up looking for a couple t-shirts to go with my new kicks and Amanda was able to help me. She provided exceptional customer service and provided me with a tremendous shopping experience. She was very attentive. I would strongly recommend for my close friends and family to shop at Laced up.

I was in the area and came to stop by this afternoon to see what y’all had. A guy name Kmani was kind enough to help me with sizes of shoes to buy. He seems like a nice cool person to talk to. Plus had some good tunes in there was a vibe… I didn’t get to view the whole store but just know I would definitely be back. Thanks :)

Unc and TJ checking in — and once again, these guys came through. Exceptional customer service, top-tier professionalism, and unbeatable prices. Titus took great care of me, helped me find the perfect pair of shoes, and made the entire experience smooth from start to finish. This is my second time coming here all the way from San Antonio, Texas, and I make it a point to stop by because they truly are the best in the business. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality products and outstanding service. You won’t be disappointed.

2/26/26. As I entered the store Hector greeted me with kindness and respect. He is well respected and knowledgeable. The store has an awesome vibe and I will be shopping here again. Thank you Hector! Update: 2/27/26, I am going to keep the original post but I came back today, no one greeted me and there was a bit disheartened experience today. There is dishonestly and avoidance.I will not disparage anyone but i will never come back here again. Just be careful.
